Description
When heading west in the afternoons, I've noticed that the Belcher light is running long for north & south traffic causing traffic to back up on E. Bay heading west. I travel this every day and I've never seen it this bad until this week, I'm not sure if the light is out of sync and watching the light it doesn't seem to sequencing correctly it's rotation. The worse was traffic backed up all the way pass US 19 back towards bayside bridge.
