Unfortunately for BD their bid to build a brand new store there has been on hold for 7 or 8 years now due to a real estate snafu out of their control. They had/have a nice plan for that corner. Don't know if it will ever happen now but they should maintain the property until then.

BD needs to maintain their current property regardless of what their former or future plans may be.

No change. I no longer care. The city controls the length of my grass, but can't control this eyesore in the center of an important intersection for visitors and students and residents?
