Description
Patrons from Body Electric Yoga are regularly illegally parking on 7th St N (on the east facing of the property at 701 29th Ave N). Because of the narrow street configuration and other legally parked cars here this often completely blocks all vehicles with trailers from turning out of the alley between 29th and 30th Ave N. I believe what is happening is the patrons do not realize the west side of 7th Street N is all NO Parking. There is a 'no parking to curb sign' nearby but they must think the 'curb' refers to the alley when in reality it extends all the way to 29th Ave N going southbound. Please add another 'No Parking' sign on the east side of the property at 701 29th Ave N (or move the current sign) to clearly indicate that the entire west side of this block is no parking.

Update from Neighborhood Transportation: Thank you for your comments on this post. The 'No Parking to Corner' (not curb) signs on this section of 7th St N refer to the part of the roadway between them and the corners to the north, at 30th Ave, due to the landscaped median in the middle of the roadway.
There is no prohibition on parking to the south, toward 29th Ave, on either side of the street as long as alley/driveway access is maintained. The parked vehicles in the photos posted here are parked legally.
Additionally, at 28 feet wide this roadway would not be considered for 'No Parking This Side' signage - this street is wide enough to allow traffic flow in addition to the legal curbside parking.

1) All the rest of the 7th N heading south to 22nd Ave is 'no parking' on the west side. Why is this little section above exempt?
2) I have been denied a permit to build a front driveway onto 30th Ave N, so the alley here is my only means of access to my property. How do I turn out of the alley onto 7th St N here when towing a trailer if cars are choking off adequate turning radius into and out of this alley?
3) Following on two above, at a minimum then you need to expand the 'no parking' signs around the alley to allow safe and adequate clearance for vehicles turning in and out of the alley.
