This car has been parked here for 1 week. I would give license plate but it was removed so parking cop wouldn’t give it a ticket. Yesterday was street sweeping day and two other cars were cited but not this car? I watched as the officer passed up that car and gave tickets to others. Just because license plate was gone? I thought they would use VIN Number instead? Guess not.
