This city owned tree is in major need of trimming as it is completely overgrown and hangs down into the parking space below it so far that it scrapes any car that tries to park underneath it. It has been a nuisance since I moved in over 12 years ago and I have tried reporting it before yet nothing was ever done. I would try and trim it myself, but parking on this street has become so congested that there is almost always a car parked underneath it not allowing me to do so. PLEASE TRIM THIS TREE...
