The property has been driving piles for weeks now. Ratto Construction is driving pipe piles using a hammer. At times, the vibrations are significant and my house and my neighbors houses shake. Pictures on walls slide off center and I am noticing more nail pops in my walls. I wanted to confirm that this project is getting proper oversight and the contractor is monitoring vibration so as to not impact adjacent or nearby structures. Most of the buildings in this neighborhood or older and on shallow foundations, making them susceptible to damage from uncontrolled vibrations.
