    Trash (beer cans, soda, garbage) continues to collect in front of 369 Monmouth (near curb). In addition, tall weeds need to be removed, as this serves as a nice spot to throw trash. This is the second time I am reporting this issue. I am hoping a summons can be issued so that the owner takes action. Thank you for your consideration.
