Sharraxaadda

This particular street light is noticeably darker compared to other lamps in the area, and it provides limited guidance to passer bys. There is no other street light on this block, and west side of the block is (what seems like) a less-used warehouse. It's rather creepy to walk this block by. I'm attaching two pictures - on the left is the street light being reported, on the right is a different lamp in next block (no adjustment made).
