FYI, on closer inspection this morning, flex posts are actually missing the hardware that holds the post into the base itself. If that hardware is properly installed, these should pop back up instead of falling over.

Oh great, loose screws to puncture a tire.

Burlingtonian, there are no loose screws, as none were used in the installation (which is why the flex posts are falling over).

So either they loosened up and ended up in the road or DPW doesn't know how to follow installation instructions?

Thanks for raising this issue. The small pins that fix the posts into the sleeve were missing from several bollards. Repairs are underway.
