Dear officer, the pedestrian overpass bridge on powell st is littered with broken glass pieces on the steps. There are stinky stains all over the steps and graffiti as well. I take this path everyday for my commute and I notice regularly this place is littered with food, cups, bottles and urine. This path needs thorough cleaning. Thank you.
