  9-26-18: Problem not fixed. These vehicles a literally killing young trees. I had to see it for myself.
  The uhaul truck is bending the tree backwards. I wonder how long this tree has been suffering
  The small trucks bumper is directly adjacent to the other young tree.

  Cars seem to have been dumped/stored here taking advantage of the lack of enforcement

  9-26-18 problem not fixed. These are trucks killing the young trees. The uhaul truck is bending the young tree backwards. I had to see it for myself. The other truck is beside the other young tree. Completely blocking the pedestrian access.
  These trucks are taking advantage of lack of signage and enforcement

  Parking enforcement 238-3099 it may take a few calls.

  I've called twice and operator told me enforcement was coming but I haven't seen any evidence that they've come.
  I just called for a third time at 2:00pm Friday Oct. 5 and was assured that parking enforcement was on its way. I tried to ask the operator how to follow up as to why the cars are not being ticketed, but just advised me to check to see if there are tickets on the cars tonight, and to assume that if the cars are not ticketed it means that the enforcement officer simply decided not to ticket the cars or did not show up.

  I don't really understand this.
