I've reported trash and mattresses dumped at that same location a number of times the past couple of years along with that location next to the long fence on Harper just down from Cosby.. Prime suspect is the owner or manager of the two story apt bldg just down from the corner on 36th ave. He was caught red-handed once dumping a bunch of carpeting next to the fence by my neighbor who gave him hell,
He was using a shopping basket to transport the carpets.. Across from you 3572 Harper has also become a favorite dumping spot. I know the owner has dumped stuff on the sidewalk himself at least twice when the tenants of the illegal studio apt in the back left. I suspect that barbeque that is there now was put out by him. Right now he seems to be busy remodeling his house I think into two flats and don't be surprised if a bunch of remodeling debris suddenly ends up on on the sidewalk.

Ugh that’s so frustrating. I thought it was people NOT from the neighborhood making it look bad. If you get a picture of them next time you should report them so they get fined and hopefully it teaches them to stop illegally dumping and take it to a proper disposal place. Thanks for the insight. They finally picked up the junk (I think this morning).
