I live off of Charleston Street and Barkman street in Roseville and the people behind me play music almost every night at such a high volume that i can still hear it, even after turning up the tv in my bedroom. It's 8:55 pm and all i can hear is thumping and booming noises as if it's a night club next to me. Any help on getting them to turn it down would be greatly appreciated!

In June I purchased a hot tub for the backyard oh, it has a built-in stereo system that faces the back of my home toward the street. In order to hear the music while the water is running it has to be up louder as myself and 90% of my neighbors are either retired or roughly in their 30s and up I have asked all of them both sides of me all four houses across the street if they can hear my music and if it bothers them science June of 2018 I was in my hot tub right before the bitter cold about a week ago with my granddaughter and at about 9:30 somebody behind me the one with the pit bull from last year, screamed there's a baby sleeping in here! I didn't know that that was even a home I thought it was a garage one of the neighbors told me that at one point it was a hot tub building that they had put up. I was just wondering if the ordinance is in fact 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.? I don't believe this building to be a place that someone lives there is a large home surrounded by a wooden fence I'll garage and then this other building right behind my garage. I really can't just pick my hot tub up and move it and I would like to be able to enjoy the music I paid for it to have put in it! Just because they have a sleeping baby and that unit does that mean I can't turn it up to the point that it doesn't bother any other neighbor? And also I did respect her wishes and turned it down some. Just would like to confirm noise ordinance 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. . Thank you for your time
