Camper van is parked with it's trailer obstructing the bike lane AGAIN. This is highly dangerous and whoemever this is is constantly doing it.

This person is back with a new RV and a caravan of cars. He's been here for two days, running a loud generator all day long and into the night. We did call the police, they came, they talked to him, nothing happened. I'm trying to run a business, I work at home, and the noise is incredibly disruptive. It’s now been nearly a year and nothing has been done to get these RVs (yes now plural) off Lakeshore. I’ve tried calling yOur numbers, I’ve tried calling the police. No results. We have 2, sometimes 3 RVs with people living in them, there’s waste, they block the bike lanes, it’s a safety problem. Why won’t the city do anything??????? Stop closing these tickets without taking action!

This is a 3 hour posted parking zone. 5 vehicles shuffled from one side of the street to the other each night by a person camping in these vehicles on Lake Merritt for two years now. City of Oakland, enforce your parking regulations of 3 hour parking as posted! This is not fair to the property tax payers, park visitors and all who live and visit Lake Merritt. Shoud we start a community lawsuit to make you enforce the laws?

NFortunatoBas@oaklandca.gov I'm posting the email address of our City Council representative in this area of Oakland. I've written them by email, and will post the reponse I get on this here as soon as I receive one. Neighborhood residents - please write them also. We all pay rent, property taxes here, and we should demand that the city take care of this problem now.
