Thank you for reporting an issue to the City of Jersey City

A Housing Code Enforcement Officer is scheduled to investigate this complaint on 11.01.2018 between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. The Officer will call the number listed from a blocked number upon his arrival.

Officer Martinez was at the property on 11.01.2018 and the owner is being notified of the violation. We will re-inspect to confirm that the issue is being corrected.

The3 constituent was misinformed. The City does not repair the sidewalks after the tree is removed. That responsibility falls to the homeowner.

These violations have been abated. This case has been closed.
