New York City Department of sanitation deliberately throwing my garbage pail spitefully into the truck. In retaliation of numerous complaints made on the block by several residents for leaving garbage behind, not picking up recycling for weeks at a time, requesting that resident place garbage in the truck themselves because of the weight of said garbage. Even after making appointments for scheduled bulk pick up they are a no show.
