HOMELESS HAVE IMPEDED THE PATHWAY MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO PASS WITHOUT ASKING PERMISSION???WTF. MY WIFE AND I RIDE OUR BIKES TO WORK AND FEAR FOR OUR PERSONAL SAFETY.
