I'm not sure how to categorize this... there is a boulder in the street in the North side of Magnolia near the intersection or Magnolia and Barclay streets. it had been sitting on the NW corner of the intersection in the grass... I believe to keep cars from cutting the corner and driving over the grass. it appears some idiots have moved it into the street.
