West bound traffic stopped on Pepper ave at 8th st s. The Green light on the East facing traffic light on the CVS side of the street is out and the sun visor is missing. Very unsafe, during mid day with the visor missing off the green light it looks like the light is green (on) even when the red stop light is lit. Please replace visor and check bulb in this traffic light.
