Description

Signal not working correctly, only stays green for short amount of time. This is a major crosswalk for kids trying to get to Tappan -- very dangerous before and after school! Treat this as an emergency! The Walk/Don't Walk doesn't work correctly and kids are just running across Washtenaw alone. VERY DANGEROUS!
