Description

The smaller trees in this picture (the ones in the sidewalk wells, not the large trees in the yard) completely block the view of oncoming traffic coming down the hill on Elwood Ave. As a result the turn from Valle Vista (either left or right) is completely blind. This is very dangerous because cars coming down the hill are generally moving pretty fast. These trees never should have been planted here, and should be removed immediately.
