This approach will not help the blind and vision impaired. Please also contact PWD Bureau of Engineering & Construction, Right of Way Management 238-3651. PWD own rules and regulation do not allow them to patch with asphalt all sidewalk repairs must be done with concrete. Sadly PWD breaks there own rules all the time to cut costs. There motto why do something right the first time we they can do it over and over and over wrong. All at the taxpayers expense.

I often see people trip over these FOUR huge uneven areas. So many people walk here during the course of a day, it is only a matter of time until someone trips, falls and gets hurt and sues the city. And then they will finally do something, and it will end up costing 10times what it would cost to fix this now.
