Description

For the past 2 street cleanings, cars have parked on the cleaning side and the area has missed out on cleaning. On both occasions no tickets were issued. The city worker passed the area at 12 and street cleaning begins at 12:30. They never returned. My street is an absolute mess and trash is everywhere. Please ticket!
