Description

There has been a water leak bubbling up from underground at the intersection of Sycamore Dr and Grove St (just to the right of 405 Sycamore Dr) for more than a month. I reported it to DeKalb Co who said it's 10 feet from their main and not theirs. It isn't clear who owns this but it's been bubbling for more than a month and is always full of water.
