From 12th St, south down to 22nd St ALL ALONG 4th Street, SOUTH NEEDS major - I mean MAJOR ATTENTION!!!! I have seen more drug deals then I care to count RIGHT out in the open. People half naked, pants to their knees, looking like ZOMBIES taking up residence on City Benches and Bus Shelters like they live there, zoning out in the middle of the sidewalk.... COME ON really...... They leave behind ALL THEIR trash, sleeping bags, food containers, clothes YOU NAME IT!!!! It's disgusting. And it make me cringe every time I have to leave my home wondering who is walking up the street what are they "on". And as a tax payer I should NOT have to worry about this. Salvation Army NEEDS to move they do NOTHING!!!!!!!!! We MUST MAKE A CHANGE AND MAKE IT NOW!!!! Very frustrated we need more police presence and someone needs to be held accountable for the nuisance that this area is. You took care of 4th Street North - now IT'S OUR TURN. The city can not continue to turn a blind eye on the south side. We have suffered LONG enough!!!! Please we are begging to make this a nice safe neighborhood and not a BLIGHT neighborhood. Please for the love of God let's get this area turned around for the better!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!
