THIS IS BECOMING RIDICULOUS THEY ARE SLOWING FILLING THE STREET WITH MORE AND MORE GARBAGE PILLING INTO THE BUSY INTERSECTION IN NO TIME THEYLL BLOCK IT AND IT WILL BECOME VERY DANGEROUS THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND IT HAS TO BE FIXED! City needs to Find these people actual homes not come and dump them on the street!
