Description
Asked for response for home at corner of 3rd St. N and Mystic Lake Drive N. House is overgrown with various trees, bushes. Front of house can't be seen but house wood is rotten. House front lawn mowed but back and side remain serious problem. This is creating a feral animal problem including cats, rats and racoons. Please address this as this is the 2nd report.
