The listing host is the owner and shows they live in Miami. They purchased the property in Oct 2017 and the first review is from Feb 2018. It has received 273 reviews since, including 19 so far this year, this exceeds the allotted 3 times a STR can be rented for less than 30 days in any consecutive 365 day period.
