Parking cars and performing maintenance on them is not illegal. Also, oil doesn’t cost cracks in asphalt. Just FYI :-)

Those of us who live near this house have been ignoring this illegal mechanic service for years. Hopefully something will finally be done about it, the resulting oil slick, and countless screws and other sharp objects in the road because of it.

How is it illegal?
