  THis is most likely a location for PG&E. The least they can do is maintain this. This ticket has been open for sometime and the other watertower was painted and hasn't been graffitted sense.
  Please address this, its one of the first things people see coming into the E.O. Give Oakland and coliseum area a better look besides rubbish, encampments, and graffiti.

  FIX IT, PAINT IT, Its surrounded by a barbed wire fence. Potentially after its repainted there will be less graffiti. Great opportunity to brand East Oakland similar to what Fruitvale did with their water tower. However at the least, repaint it. It looks like trash and nothing has been done. The ticket wasn't even acknowledge as something to address.

  Who is responsible for this land? It is behind the rec center off 66th.
  This should be referred to PW and fixed, or code enforcement for PG& E or EBMUD

  PWD call center has never referred anything to Code and Blight enforcement 238-338 It take a week form to go out then they have to give the property owners a month to respond. Sadly if one these useless spray vandals should fall after huffing to many fumes his family will be suing.

  Still no activity. I noticed this space is being used by construction personnel potentially for the city, PG&E or EBMUD. This should be address. Is it possible to have an update?

  This is managed by the City Oakland or PG&E. They have a parcel of land that is used when construction occurs. They need to address this as it has not been fix and is an eyesore on top of the additional graffiti that is outside of the facility.
