Description
Trash out in front of this apartment most every day and they often leave their garbage totes in the middle of the sidewalk blocking pedestrians. Also, they throw road signs down on the curbside to street level to skateboard over them (can provide a photo of that as well if needed, and it's still lying outside in the street now so I guess I'll go pick that up and dispose of it myself). Tenants are horribly loud and noisy every afternoon and evening and can be heard by the entire street; some neighbors have complained to them directly and by reporting to police. Tenant turnover is quiet frequent and tenants don't care if they cause disruption. This tiny street and quiet neighborhood is fed up with the tenants and especially the landlords, who don't seem to care about anything other than collecting rent.

This has been an issue since last week. If it is not gone by Thursday morning, 8a, you may be subject to a municipal ticket.
Should you have any questions, please call or email directly.
Owner's response today:
The trash will be picked up tomorrow morning and I believe the freezer will be moved in to the house today.
They also now understand that the receptacles need to be stored out of sight.
Thanks,
A municipal ticket will be issued tomorrow if the trash has not been removed as stated.

Per BCO 18-111: any loose trash/debris and any broken and/or interior-purposed furniture must be removed from the exterior of this property; any recyclable items need to be in wheeled “toter” containers and stored properly, away from the front of the property, on non-collection days.
Please address this reported issue with expediency and thank you for your cooperation."
