This site is a mess. It's incredibly unsafe for pedestrians.

This issue is not resolved. Just yesterday, they were blocking the sidewalk on Monroe, which was covered in rocks and wet cement. You had to walk in the street to get around it.

I agree that this site is incredibly dangerous for pedestrians and drivers. They've cut holes in the sidewalk that are not protected, and their massive dumpster on Monroe effectively cuts that street down to one lane. West-bound traffic this morning was backed up past 11th.

Some construction in DC can be brutal to pedestrians. Too often all they have to do is throw down some orange cones & let you figure out the rest.
