Owner stopped by the Mayor's Office to complain that he cannot walk along the rail that runs from Cooper Ln to Dunbar Hill Rd. Please trim trees and brush that are surrounding the guard rail. He complained that it is blocking the view of traffic at the stop sign on Dunbar Hill Rd.
