This light needs to be changed back to a flashing green arrow or flashing yellow arrow so that folks coming down NE 170th (heading west) do not have to sit at the light for 3 minutes to turn when traffic has an opening to turn south on 15th AVE. Its an unfair bias towards residents on the east side of 15th AVE at this location.
