There are no cars off the pavement at the time of the inspection.
Planning and Zoning Staff found one zoning permit: issued 4/2/ 1968 to build a 16’ x 20’ garage. There is no site plan. ZP#68-1307.
This means there are no official documents to recognize approved parking for this site. We can ask the Zoning Administrator to review the historical images to determine what the approved parking area should be. This will give us a reference point to provide to the property owner and tenants. We will post on SCF when it is approved.
