Description
In the Alley just West of MLK South and 15th Ave, a power pole which caught fire about 2 months prior to Irma, then again a week after Irma hit and now 'SPARKS' during rains. The residents on this property do not maintain the foliage around them. In the photo you can see that the vines cover the power lines in every direction.

ALSO... Less then TEN Days ago a 'Company' replaced all the light bulbs to the new 'HARSH' glare bulbs... Those nice folks 'Could' have reached out and took the vines down while they were there.
Yeah, I know... Not their job.

Today, Sept 06, 2018, I again spoke with Duke... They don't know of Eric that CSR 1 spoke to on August 16th. Jennifer & Nicole Found the ticket in the system for pole but they have Pole # 154259. They are going to escalate this issue for ME and should have it cleaned up in a few days.
I want to thank CSR 1, who got the ticket put in. I want to thank Eric for putting in the ticket. I want to thank ALL those who followed through several times to make sure everyone was doing their job in a timely manner.
