Description
Every time there is a heavy rain, the water over flows at the intersection of 216 and All Saints Rd (by Shell). Attached are 3 pictures from yesterday right after the heavy rain. Uou can clearly see the ponding water and water over flowing. Today there continues to be standing water with trash bags in it. There is clearly a drainage issue here.
Also, at this the same location the storm drain is tilted not sure if it is a sidewall issue or not.
