Whenever it is raining, storm water collects and remains in a puddle in the gutter by my house. It stays there instead of flowing away. Dirt also collects there and creates a muddle wet pile in the gutter. Can you please take a look at this problem? I assume there is something wrong with how the gutter is shaped. Thank you.
