Since the city ruined the surface integrity of east ave installing the center calming strips, which opened up with potholes over the winter, the citizens of Burlington were promised the potholes would be filled with hot mix asphalt this summer

Good job, DPW just painted over the potholes. Nice job guys. Keep wasting the tax dollars.
