This property has been abandoned for years. The snow is never shoveled, the weeds grow wild, and the awning fell off and sat on the sidewalk forever a year or so ago. If the city owns it due to default of property taxes, or if a bank owns it due to foreclosure, sell the dratted property and let somebody do something with it.
