man sits in his car at Wendy's on 4th every day. his Honda crv is packed so full of junk he cant see out the passengers window OR barely the windshield. he just loiters at Wendy's every day and the fact he is driving around and cant see out of his car! that is such a hazzard to everyone else on the road!
