说明
This parking lot/blight in our neighborhood is allowing all the dirt from the lot to run off into the roads on Atwood and Laurel St. When it had grass on it like a field should it wasn't an issue. I know the city requires stone exits at construction sites to control dirt being drug out of a site but apparently it doesn't matter in our neighborhood.
