how did active case 18-77005 and 18-20674 get mixed with this? 77005 is at 43 Ave and 20674 is on the south side of 38th Ave, the trees are on the north side of 38th Ave, although this is a vacant lot those are totally different addresses, the tax assessor has it wrong as 625 37th ave instead of 625 38th Ave, owner is A R K A Homes 31-31-17-32796-000-0790 maybe that is why nothing happened before when there was an active case here, they just mowed the yard and did not address the tree which has been a problem for a several months now
