Vegetation is still present, I have seen them cutting the grass but not along the fence

Notices for the grass were mailed. The time allowed has not expired. No violation will be addressed at this time.
Bushes along the fence line are not a code violation.

Jared Novy, city staff does not enter onto private property without first going through the appropriate process. At this time we are in the process of notifying the property owners and allowing time for the high grass violation to be corrected. If damage is being caused to your fence, that is a civil matter, and will not be addressed by the city.

The violation of high grass/weeds has been corrected.
The uncultivated shrubs that grew at the rear of the property were not a violation. As a courtesy the owner of the property removed the shrubs and provided information showing the shrubs ON the rear side of the private properties at Bluestone belong to the individual property owners.
