Another person wants this fixed!

Area I'm referring to (one Vespa pictured in this shot from GoogleMaps).

I would love to get some consideration or response from the powers that be on this issue. I have had numerous cops and meter-maids in the area tell me I just need to bring my license plate inside with me to avoid ticketing for parking here. I would prefer to be less sketchy about a solution!

Twelve scoots and motos parked here yesterday; the city is still intermittently ticketing us and I'd really love to see some consideration on this as a valid parking area. Truly we are not blocking pedestrians or in the way of anyone and are making very respectful use of the space!

Hi City! No one has contacted me about this but I honestly think it's a reasonable suggestion - All I want for Christmas is to know I can park legally near work!

Low speed, small-footprint scooters should be allowed to park like bicycles. Period. Is our government THAT TRANSPARENTLY SHORT SIGHTED? They claim it is not about revenue, but SPEED. HOW FAST IS A 50 cc SCOOTER GOING WHEN IT IS Parked???? My scooter's wheelbase is smaller than my bicycle. Boston's traffic congestion and parking problems are world renowned. Let's use a little common sense, and ENCOURAGE and REWARD those who commute about town on the low speed scooters, and free up parking spaces for those who really need them.
