Thank you for your inquiry. The project now has an active building permit and was fined for violating our development ordinances. It was permitted about a month ago after a long plan review process where the owner had to present plans that are in conformance with stream buffers and flood plain regulations. Codes enforcement is working with the owner to make sure the site remains orderly before and after the construction has started. We hope that the construction will begin quite soon.
