Garbage drug down the entire alley

Garbage again all over alley and ripped apart by animals. With the heat this weekend the smell is horrible!

Garbage still sitting by garage. They won't put it out for pickup. They just threw a new bag on top.

Garbage bags aren’t event tied closed! Smells horrible. Garbage falling out of bags on to ground!!!

Garbage STILL all over the alley and blowing in neighbors yards.
