There's a red SUV with plate # 3xjc897 across from my workplace that has been parked in the same spot for over 1 week. There is garbage around and under the vehicle. A few hours ago when I was on a break from work I saw a half naked man come out of the back of the vehicle and yawn/stretch like he just woke up. It seems like he may be living in the car. It's creepy to have a strange man sleeping outside my workplace. He approached to talk to me but I left the area before I heard what he wanted and I saw him get back in the car. He is still chilling in the vehicle when I last went outside a few min ago.
