  This is getting very frustrating with these "campers". We have developed quite a problem in Oakland with these people... Some are genuinely homeless because of the housing crisis, others are homeless by choice. We may want to start differentiating between the two, because those of us who are paying the bills will soon start making political changes because of this.

  Sadly the vagrants do not care. So it burned they are to concerned about there next fix. Our City leader do seem to care either these vagrants are a very large cash cow all at the taxpayers expense. Someones getting rich and trickle down system is not making it to the ones that really need help or the ones that do not.

  Saw this when it started and it was definitely in the homeless encampment located directly across from the Kaiser building parking lot. Lakeshore residents are very frustrated because of these "campers" but we know the city cares nothing about us only the homeless.
