Hey Nosy, I agree with you 100%. I was just talking about this service, the other day. It boggles my mind, the stuff people gripe about. Seriously, get over it and if you really hate, fix it yourself or offer the owner/neighbor helping hand.

My bet is that "NosyNeighborsBlow" and "SolitaryDancer" are the ones who created the mess. It's ridiculous to suggest the reporter should clean it up when he didn't create it. Stuff like this is why there's a "Code Enforcement/Trash" category here.

I have nothing to do with this location. I have just seen repeated reports from this user. It's a commercial location with a fence designated for trash. Jeff is being a nuisance and his reports are excessive.

NosyNeighborsBlow, if you look at his profile, Jeff has only made four reports total and only two about this location (six months apart). IMO, that's hardly "excessive."

2 reports in 4 days for the same site same issue is excessive in my book.

Code Enforcement has contacted the Property Management and will continue to monitor the property to verify compliance.

The dumpster area has been cleaned up. Code Enforcement will continue to monitor the area to verify compliance is maintained.
